Andrea Bice serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Esler Companies, where she leads the organization’s HR operations including employee relations, benefits, HR systems, compliance, and workplace safety. She works closely with leaders across the business to ensure the company’s people practices and operational infrastructure support a growing and evolving organization.
With more than 20 years of human resources experience, Andrea has built her career guiding organizations through significant change, including periods of rapid acquisition growth as well as complex divestitures. She is known for bringing structure and clarity to complex environments while building strong partnerships with leaders and teams across the business.
At Esler Companies, Andrea focuses on strengthening HR infrastructure, advancing safety standards, and ensuring teammates have the support and resources they need to perform at their best. Her leadership approach reflects the company’s belief that strong performance and genuine care for people go hand in hand.
Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Northern Illinois University, an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, and maintains her SHRM-SCP certification.
Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and taking advantage of the outdoors and road trips across Colorado and beyond.
